What does a knowledgeable and creative communications consultant do?

  • Grow existing clients to meet or exceed defined targets.
  • Knows all there is to know about the clients’ businesses, products or services, the markets and their customers.
  • Assists clients in solving communication, branding or marketing problems.
  • Writes winning offers and prepares crystal-clear project briefs for colleagues.
  • Acts as the client liaison for Mach Media.
  • Oversees the account team, and ensures that every deliverable is completed on time, on budget and to the highest quality.

Who do we hope you are?

  • You have a winning record of leading digital marketing/communications campaigns from strategy to execution to support business needs.
  • You know (and love!) the life sciences sector, and, have experience with internal communications and change management initiatives.
  • You have at least 5 years of work experience in corporate branding, internal communications, corporate communications and/or change management to support clients. Bonus if you’ve worked in an agency!
  • You’re capable and able to advise and liaise with senior executives (including C-Suite level).
  • You are confident enough to sell, are comfortable negotiating, and always think strategically.
  • You’re a capable and functional user of Microsoft Office products (Excel formulas and PPT designs – you know all the tricks). And new technology? You’re fearless, you’ll try anything.
  • All while being personable; you can lead, and also kickback and have fun.
  • You have at least a bachelor’s degree in marketing, PR, journalism or enough enthusiasm (and relevant background) to make us forget that you don’t.
  • English – do you speak it? Can you write it? Cause you’ll need it. All at an outstanding professional level.

What else would we love? 

  • A multilingual professional – French and/or Dutch, or other languages are a bonus.

What does an account manager do?

  • Support EU client account teams, on projects and helping to grow accounts.
  • Create content: copywriting support for newsletters, social media, marketing campaigns, web and e-marketing, video scripts, client presentations and reports, case studies, press releases, white papers and more. Deliver digital content that’s engaging and thoughtful, all based on your expert understanding of English.
  • Face the client, manage the account, all with a comfortable smile.
  • Track client programs and campaigns, report on KPIs, results and effort.
  • Stay abreast of new trends, technologies, tools and apps, to explore and support clients.
  • Develop accurate project plans and budgets for current clients and prospects, and keep all deliverables on track and on budget.
  • Collaborate to create marketing communications plans and editorial calendars.
  • Help develop and execute effective lead generation tactics for clients.
  • Seek ways to generate positive media coverage and relationships for clients.

Who do we hope you are?

  • You have at least 2 years of relevant communications and marketing experience supporting clients and their needs. Bonus if you’ve worked in an agency!
  • You’re capable and able to work with colleagues, take direction, follow up, and deliver.
  • You’re a capable and functional user of Microsoft Office and you can create executive presentations, and reports to show ROI and value.

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, PR, journalism or enough enthusiasm (and relevant background) to make us forget that you don’t.

What does a Mach Media video editor/animator and designer do?

Whether working on a full-blown corporate video for a client event or an animated short for a lead gen Social Media campaign, you are comfortable working with a range of inputs, formats and media to bring ideas to life. You excel as part of a creative team (Marketing, Creative, Social, Design) in collaborating on videos and animations that stand out and support client goals. You are able to take charge and stay in control, moving seamlessly from brief to execution.

  •  Take ownership of the end-to-end video production process, including writing and storyboarding, illustrating, animating and editing.
  •  Collaborate with Mach Media account directors and project teams to create amazing deliverables for our clients.
  • Own administrative and scheduling duties associated with video projects and production, to ensure all materials are delivered on time and budget.
  • Demonstrate an expressive and imaginative creative voice that you bring to life through animation and video.
  • Respect deadlines in a fast-paced environment, with occasional heavy workloads.
  •  Follow project guidelines and budget constraints.

Who do we hope you are?

  • A full-time independent with at least 5 years of relevant video editing, production and animation experience. You are also comfortable executing graphic design and layout work, as client needs may warrant. Bonus if you’ve worked in an agency!
  • Open to a position that would enable you to keep working with existing clients you may have, or even transitioning in future to a full-time staff position with Mach Media.
  • A whiz with the tools and technologies to be effective, including Adobe Premiere, After Effects and the rest of Adobe’s Creative Suite.
  • Someone who loves all aspects of video, animation and design, whether it’s long-form corporate videos, short animations as part of a larger piece, or graphics for print, web or mobile.
  • A professional who can manage your own time, be organized and stick to deadlines.
