I’ve always been fascinated by how complex ideas can become clear when you translate them into visual experiences. Whether it’s about explaining new technology or making abstract processes more tangible, I enjoy turning complexity into visual clarity.
Beyond my work as a creative and technical thinker, I’m also an entrepreneur at heart. I’m constantly testing new ideas and exploring how they can make a real difference for people. I get a lot of energy from launching new concepts, seeing what sticks, and finding out how creativity can actually solve something.
At Machmedia, I bring this mindset to life as a video animator and editor, helping clients communicate their stories in a way that’s both clear and compelling.
When I’m not working, I’m probably lifting weights, binge-watching something, gaming, or catching up with friends and family. I like keeping my mind sharp, too. Personal growth is always somewhere in the mix.

I have always loved to write and I’m passionate about connecting with people and driving zealous brand loyalty through the magic of words! I’m fascinated by the psychology behind what makes people tick, and I use this knowledge to craft copy that captures and holds the reader’s attention.
I grew up in a small town in Cambridgeshire, but for the past few years I’ve been living in the very vibrant and buzzing borough of Camden, London.
Last year, I decided to take my passion for writing and my love for adventure to the next level and I’m now living the digital nomad dream, working from my laptop while travelling the world! Nothing makes me happier than exploring new places, immersing myself in different cultures, and finding inspiration along the way. I also write a blog about my life and travels, and my ultimate dream is to have a book published one day… watch this space!

After growing up on the (sometimes 😉) sunny south coast of the UK and living in Australia briefly, I’m now based in London with my partner, enjoying the hustle and bustle of city life and all the opportunities that come with having Europe on my doorstep!
As you would expect for the Content Manager here at Mach Media, I’m SUPER passionate about all things Content and Communications!
I love the satisfaction of seeing an idea come to life, and being a part of all the creative and strategic stages it passes.
With over 8 years’ experience in account management, events, and marketing, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a wide range of industries and company sizes. I enjoy nothing more than helping businesses achieve their goals and being a part of each unique teams’ achievements.

Søren Friis Larsen

Biography
As an executive advisor specializing in communication and crisis management, I have been called upon countless times to offer live and urgent advice on managing pretty much any type of crisis from global product recalls, cyber-attacks, regulatory dawn raids, CEO or employee fraud, large-scale layoffs or medical malpractice to social media shit storms or false rumors in the press. I have been in many boardrooms and war rooms in the intense first hours of a crisis helping management make sense of the situation, gather as much reliable information as possible, play out critical scenarios, including worst-case, and deciding on a plan of action which always includes what, to whom, and how to communicate about the incident. I have designed and executed many crisis simulations and war games devised specifically to test and train organizations for when the storm hits.
Based on these experiences, I help companies, organizations, and senior executives prepare optimally ahead of time through risk assessment, planning, crisis management governance, issue mapping, stakeholder analysis, communication strategy, and executive and spokesperson training. Always favoring a proactive approach, I assist both newly appointed and long-established executives in building and managing their reputation and thought leader status, and I help organizations build credibility on the issues important to them which serves as a reputational moat around their brand, PR and marketing efforts.
When I am not working or networking with people smarter than myself (the vast majority of people I meet), I am a curious and voracious reader, enjoy competitive chess, and treasure the mental reset of a long run or bike ride.

Biography
In 2015, I took on the hefty responsibility of managing operations at Mach Media. I handle various administrative tasks, ranging from office management to human resources and accountancy while ensuring everything goes well within the office structure.
I started my professional career in 2006 in the accounting department of an international travel agency, liaising between suppliers and the accounting department. Three years later I moved on to working for an international discount food chain where I looked after the accountancy. In 2014, I was looking for a new challenge when my career path led me to Across Group, a sister company of Mach Media. I began as the office manager and then became the community manager. I feel that it’s important to build a happy community of colleagues within any organization. I believe when people enjoy what they do, they are more productive and live happier lives.
In my spare time, I like reading a good book and spending time with family and friends.

Biography
As a senior graphic designer at Mach Media, I develop business communications across all different types of media. I believe design is problem solving. My specialties include logos and branding, illustration, editorial design, print and digital, packaging, and everything about letters.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in visual communication from the National Yunlin University of Science and Technology in Taiwan and followed a post-graduate program in lettering and typography design from the European Lettering Institute in Belgium. Before Mach Media, I previously worked in a design studio in Kuala Lumpur, a publishing company in Singapore and an advertising agency in Dublin.
I am from Malaysia and but have lived in many different places. My international background has contributed to my versatility on a diverse range of projects. My drive and unique approach to every individual design ensure each one is in a league of its own. During my free time, I like to practice calligraphy; my hands are often covered with different types of ink. Oh, and I’m a cookie monster, please don’t feed me.

Biography
As the co-founder and managing partner of Mach Media, I lead a remarkable team of global professionals who are not only incredibly skillful but also super nice! Advising clients remains a passion as well, which is why you’ll still find me creating and implementing strategic marketing communications programs to impact business for a variety of international companies. Strategy, creativity, service and results…these four words really light my fire!
Born and raised in Washington, D.C., I’ve lived in Belgium since 2000. I started Mach Media in 2007 after steadily earning a client base of multinational companies eager to capitalize on having big agency ideas and flawless execution combined with boutique agency personalized service. We’re proud to have expanded our operations to the United States, where we opened an office in 2016.
