PROFILE

Luiza Beirao Campos
Content Consultant
Biography
As a content marketer, I transform complex topics into engaging stories across digital and traditional media. I develop content strategies for websites and manage social media accounts. I’ve managed multiple EU-funded projects with 12+ international partners, harmonizing communication strategies across languages and cultures to ensure consistent messaging. Drawing on my scientific background, I translate complex topics like sustainable aquaculture and circular economy into engaging explainer videos, infographics, and articles. I am also not afraid of data. I track and optimize digital performance using analytics to maximize the impact of social media and web content.
My specialties include writing, video scripting, social media campaigns, and translating technical concepts for policymakers, NGOs, and the public.
With a Master’s in Ecology from the Federal University of Santa Catarina in Brazil, I have worn many hats. Before Mach Media, I worked as a communication project manager at ESCI, a project officer at Ghent University, and as a marine scientist both at Oceana and Instituto Boto Cinza.
I’m originally from Brazil, but my career has taken me on a European adventure that’s taught me how to vibe with audiences from all walks of life.
When I’m not crafting content, you’ll catch me with my nose in a book, geeking out over video editing and TV shows, or (weather permitting) paddling through the beautiful waterways of Ghent.
