Mach Media’s long-time client, the European Business Aviation Association (EBAA), is the leading organization for operators of business aircraft in Europe. For the past two years, our Managing Partner, Taunya Renson-Martin, has supported the Association as the Strategic Communications Advisor for its Expanding Horizons initiative.
Expanding Horizons is EBAA’s five-year program developed to share stories and insights that showcase how the business aviation industry is a pioneering, desirable, accessible, and indispensable transport option for companies, local communities and career-seekers, alike. Engaging millennials is a key part of that program. Of course, connecting with digital natives is easily done through social media, but to leave a deep and lasting impression, EBAA has designed opportunities to meet and interact with this important audience face-to-face.
One way they’re “making contact” is through their support of One Young World, a global forum for young leaders from every country and sector, working to accelerate corporate social impact. The next edition is 22-25 October 2019 in London, during which 1800+ delegates from 190+ countries will discuss the societal challenges they are most keen to create solutions for. Young professionals from within the European business aviation sector will be among them!
For the second year running, EBAA is selecting and sponsoring 10 industry professionals between 18 and 30 years of age to serve as delegates to this event. (Are you an interested business aviation professional? Read more here.)
And whatever became of last year’s business aviation One Young World ambassadors?
They are already well on their way to developing and implementing a game-changing environmental and social standards program for the business aviation industry, inspired by the presentations and workshops they took part in at One Young World!
See? Contact equals impact!
